We have successfully completed the installation of our facility to safely dispose of medical waste generated within the borders of Aydın province without harming public health and nature. Unlike traditional incineration methods, this facility uses completely eco-friendly OZONATOR technology, which emits no harmful emissions into the atmosphere.
Infected waste collected from healthcare institutions is subjected to a volume reduction of up to 90% by the integrated shredder in our system. The system does not use steam, high heat, or dangerous chemicals; instead, the waste is sterilized using Ozone gas, one of the strongest oxidants in nature, and the ozone naturally converts back into harmless oxygen after the process.
We have successfully completed the basic and detailed engineering, equipment supply, and installation processes of waste sterilization systems for MSS Environmental Technologies and Sterilization Systems operating in Bergama, Izmir.
The OZONATOR NG-1000 unit integrated into the facility within the scope of the project is a fully automatic system that can be operated with a single button, without the need for a waste segregation process or special containment boxes. The facility maximizes operational efficiency by processing up to 180 kg (400 lbs) of medical waste in short 10-minute cycles, providing a permanent savings of over 50% in waste management costs.
